Global Links

Lifelink International is built upon relationships and connections between churches across the globe: churches in the UK, USA, Africa, India, China, South America and mainland Europe. They have chosen to work together, supporting one another in mission and outreach. Lifelink International exists as a means for churches to communicate effectively, encourage one another, benefit from training and conferences, and support one another in seeing the advance of God’s kingdom on the earth. Africa

  • Hope College in Lusaka, Zambia – This college, overseen by Janet Bartrop, exists to train those already in church leadership mainly from Zambia and Zimbabwe. The main program is a two-year diploma course in which leaders arrive on campus for six weeks at a time for intense classes and teaching. This allows for them to not be away from their families and churches for long periods of time. A one-year certificate program is also offered in Zambia.
  • Fountain of Life Churches, Zambia – Hudson Luwi oversees the Fountain of Life Churches. A number of ministries within Lifelink International travel in regularly to strengthen, encourage and train the leaders and people, as well as help with practical development projects.
  • Zimbabwean Churches – Relationships exist with leaders and churches within the nation of Zimbabwe. Certain ministries are able to travel into these churches for teaching, training, encouragement and development projects, like the recently established orphanage in this desperate country.
  • Bizweni Church and College in Cape Town, South Africa – The church and college are overseen by Kobus and Hazel Swart. The church is multi-ethnic and multi-cultural and the college trains young people from all around the world.

Central America

Nicaragua –Mission Hispana - Lifelink Memphis has supported Mission Hispana's work amongst the poor people through humanitarian projects, evangelistic outreaches, programs for children, developing church leaders and much more.

China

China is another area, like Africa and India, in which God is on the move by leaps and bounds. Their need is not so much for evangelism, for multiple thousands are coming to Christ each and every day, but rather they are in desperate need of good Bible teachers. Lifelink International works with Asian Outreach in sending teachers and ministries to train and equip leaders in the underground church.

India

Lifelink International has a strong relationship with Joel Onesimus, an apostolic ministry heading up India’s “Churches Together Fellowship”. These churches, mainly in the province of Andhra Pradesh, number 400+ churches. Joel also heads up a ministry college, The Philip School of Ministry, as well as leper homes and the Esther House, a home for young girls rescued from prostitution.

International

Lifelink supported a media and video ministry created to serve and equip the church world wide through the production of DVD teachings to be sent to local churches around the world. Specific teachings concerning the kingdom of God, Ephesians 4 ministries, church and the gift of prophecy have been recorded, edited and translated into various languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and the Indian language of Taligue. These materials are in use today.

Mainland Europe

Belgium – Cornerstone International Church  Cornerstone is filled with people from all over the world and local families.

South America

Argentina & Paraguay – The Instituto Superior de Capacitación Ministerial Interdenominacional (ISCaMI) is a ministry training institute that operates training programs in several cities in Argentina and in Paraguay. They provide basic theological training for lay-leaders in churches, ministry development programs for young people, and in-service theology and ministry training for pastors and church leaders. A new track should also be opened this year for prison inmates. The Lifelink Chicago churches in both Crown Point, IN, and Lansing, IL, maintain a strong relationship with the Institute through provision of instructors and partnering together on missions projects each year. The teams that have traveled there have also partnered with the Institute and local churches to affect different towns through a combination of ways such as construction work, serving the poor, and gospel presentations.
