Alan Scotland (Lifelink International), Dave Prince (Living Word Church - Chicago), and John Tancock (Swansea, UK) join Rick Miller to set in Joey Noffsinger as an elder. Dave speaks an encouragement to the church here in Memphis to grow, Alan speaks encouragment to Joey as he steps into this new role in our church and then all the elders gather around Joey to pray over him and commision him for service.
